Founder and Chairman of Angel Investment Foundation
Words from the founder
Our generation will benefit from trillions of innovative investment opportunities brought about by the prosperity of the country.
Strong angel ‧ strong country
One of the factors that promotes the country’s prosperity is the capacity for technological innovation. Innovation can improve the quality of people’s lives, drive economic growth, and enhance national productivity. In 2015, the country promoted mass entrepreneurship and innovation, referred to as "double innovation". Capital investment is indispensable for double innovation. The angel investors who participated in the earliest investment became the ignitor to promote entrepreneurship and innovation, and shouldered a force to promote the prosperity of the country. This also became the original intention and mission of establishing the angel investment foundation.
Subvert the traditional venture capital logic
In the past, we studied the pain points of angel investment, including long investment cycles, large divergence in project valuation, high risks caused by many uncertain elements, and the absence of any risk hedging tools, which led to the lack of angel investors in the market.
We are committed to finding solutions. We refuse to establish a platform for purely exchanging information between the project and investors, and we are more resistant to forwarding information without understanding the financing project and conducting due diligence, and making any investor referrals for the project. We dare to subvert the traditional venture capital logic, take the initiative to restructure the entire financing plan for innovation and entrepreneurship projects, combine free government funding and low-interest financing loans, and introduce corporate investors with industry resources to participate, commercialize innovation and technology research results and achieve profitability.
Create multi-party cooperation and win-win
The positioning of the Angel Investment Foundation is to act as the designer of the five key elements of innovation and entrepreneurship projects, including the government, enterprises, investors, scientific research projects, and entrepreneurial teams, and launch different measures to encourage the needs of all parties and the resources they have. All parties cooperate to create more successful cases of angel investment, thereby promoting more investors to participate in innovation and venture capital.
We hope that while promoting the development of innovation and technology for the country, we will realize the commercialization of scientific research results, realize the ideals for entrepreneurs, innovate and upgrade and transform enterprises, create reliable and sustainable profits for investors, and achieve win-win opportunities for all parties.
